5 useful habits that will help you get rid of cellulite

Try to plan your day in a rational way and sleep at least 7-8 hours a day. According to statistics, those who did not get enough sleep on the eve, try to compensate for the lack of energy with fatty and sweet food, on average consuming more than they usually consume.

If you feel that you don’t have enough strength, take a contrast shower. First, it will cheer you up better that any chocolate would. Secondly, it will help normalize the  lymphatic outflow, and, subsequently, reduce the manifestations of cellulite.
